Tony was very punctual and I found him to be very knowledgeable in sorting out my complicated problem which I thought was due to a problem caused by Microsoft. We were having issues with 2 year old computer and Windows 10 with slow start up and blank screen after sign in for standard user. Richard came and checked for any obvious problems with Windows 10 and hard disk but no error found.Richard advised of options and took away PC to do thorough hard disk check, nothing found so did a complete restore of Windows 10, set us up again with all our information and photo viewer. All in all within a day Richard had us back up and working and it is now working better than ever before. We would definitely recommend Richard and we will go back to him for all PC related things in the future.

My call was initially to set up my new laptop using the operating system from an existing desk top, but Richard Hunt "went the extra mile" by (a) consolidating my Norton accounts from two to one by bringing my office and home computers onto the same account saving one subscription, (b) consolidated two free Dropbox accounts (home and office) by setting up one enlarged account. He transferred all existing Dropbox files into the new Cloud storage and transferred all data files from the office computer. He set up the backing up of photos from my phone to Dropbox too. He carefully explained how the updating could be controlled and how I could access my data from any of the three computers. Marvellous, it has all created greater flexibility in the way I work, a second line of backing up and increased storage capacity.

My computer suffered a major crash and refused to boot up. Keith came out rapidly, diagnosed a faulty SSD and took it away to repair. He re-installed Windows 10, recovered all my data then brought the machine back to complete re-installation of software and re-install printers and scanners.

Basically, i run a small building company, my computer is very important in the running of my company, i had been having a few issues with the computer timing out and various other issues with back up programs. Am very pleased with the service received. The engineer (Jamie) was quick to return my call. My office is in a fairly remote area but he still arrived to collect the iMac at the time he said. Communication was excellent and this coupled with the engineers knowledge and experience provided complete confidence. Can't believe it took me so long to get round to this - I've been putting up with a flaky machine for months, and Richard very quickly diagnosed the issue (failed RAM board) and fixed it. Tony came out the next day following our initial telephone enquiry.
It wasn't an easy call as our computer was malfunctioning in lots of different ways.
While some of our issues are unresolved, we do feel that Tony went out of his way to try and fix them and it is more a matter that we need to replace our computer. There was no quibble when we phoned Tony a 2nd time to let him know that the problems were persisting and again he came round promptly. We would certainly recommend PCPal.

I was in a real mess when my computer failed. Typical of most I had not backed up for over 6 months and could not even get the computer to start up. Your man Mark arrived and managed to down load all my files on to a portable hard drive I had. Once I had obtained a new computer I managed to get all my files onto the new machine and was up and running again. Mark was great and I will be using him again if the need arises.
