Job description:
PC PAL are an established on-site computer repair and support service. We are currently looking for candidates to apply for the following position (immediately available):
Locally-based engineer Mobile/ Field Based Computer PC Repair Engineer in the Solihull area required to serve customers in their homes & offices in the Solihull & surrounding areas.
Work includes: Troubleshooting desktop & Laptop hardware & software computer problems. Virus, malware & spyware removal. Setting up broadband & wireless networks. Providing general advice and tutorials. Providing remote support as needed for some customers.
The role also requires excellent customer service and communication skills. Motivated self-starter, presentable, honest & reliable. We provide an autonomous working environment. Some evening work is required. Time off in lieu will be given.
ESSENTIAL: CompTIA A+/N+ and/or Microsoft certification with experience PLUS Full UK clean driving licence
DESIRABLE: Web design skills
