If you are thinking of sending back your laptop to the manufacturer of your machine, a word of caution: as part of the laptop repair process, manufacturers may have to reset your laptop to factory settings, resulting in the loss of all your valuable data and files. PC PAL is able to backup these files for you, even if your laptop won't start.
