We do carry out all software-related repairs to laptops. For laptop hardware failures, we recommend you to contact your local PC PALengineer for services available in your area. Unfortunately, we do not carry out repairs to monitors, however we do repair broken laptop screens.
If you are thinking of sending back your laptop to the manufacturer of your machine, a word of caution: as part of the laptop repair process, manufacturers may have to reset your laptop to factory settings, resulting in the loss of all your valuable data and files. PC PAL is able to backup these files for you, even if your laptop won't start. Please contact your local PC PAL engineer to arrange this valuable service.
We carry out software-related repairs to printers i.e. driver and/or installation problems, however, we do not repair printer hardware failures.
