Question: What is the 'Remote Support' service?

For those not familiar with a 'Remote Support' service, it means that you can call or email us and let us know about the problems you are facing.

We can then assist you over the telephone and, with your permission, will be able to use our special software to safely & securely connect to your computer (over the internet) and actually fix the problem.

We will be able to do this without actually visiting your home or your business
premises.

Question: What kinds of problems can you fix?

We can help with both simple glitches as well as more difficult and troublesome issues. Examples are email problems, virus concerns and software problems. We can even fix printing errors via the 'Remote Support' service.

Question: How much does the 'Remote Support' service cost?

The cost of the service is the same as our usual home/ business premises visit. A qualified PC PAL engineer will be working on solving your computer issue, just like our visits.
