Andrew, who lives in Rhuddlan, has had an interest in computers for over 25 years from playing, using and fixing them. “From the age of 16 I have always been involved (in some way) with computers starting with a Spectrum 48K, inputting 100′s of lines of code to make a game. Moving on from the Spectrum I dabbled with Commodore 64 which then led me to my very first “business machine” an Amstrad PC-1512” says Andrew.
Andrew regularly receives consistent 4.5-5.0 star quality ratings from his customers that are automatically displayed on his testimonial page in real-time.
Andrew is keen to fight back against rogue operators who may be unqualified, uninsured or offers shoddy service. As his customers have testified, some unscrupulous firms are recommending work that does not need to be carried out, misdiagnosing faults or even installing illegal software.
He has a strong social media presence with profiles / pages on both Facebook and Twitter. Andrew updates his followers on the latest technology news, as well as sharing his knowledge with computing tips and guidance. Andrew’s digital marketing activity allows him to relate and engage with his local customers.
On Sunday 13 May 2012 Andrew and his wife Michelle cycled 30 miles in 3 hours and 45 minutes and raised £200 for the charity. The event included three different routes – 8 miles, 15 miles and 30 miles. The 30-mile route that Andrew completed started at Rhyl, through St Asaph and Bodelwyddan, before returning to the events arena.
